We promise a 30-day money back guarantee on all products in our online store if you are not satisfied.  

We will do our best to resolve every customer complaint to the customer’s complete satisfaction, including a full refund if that’s what it takes.

How to Use Our Policy:

In order to process a refund, you must request the refund within 30 calendar days of your date of purchase.  After 30 days, no refund is available.

All materials that were purchased must be returned in like-new condition, as determined by our staff, before the refund is issued.  Materials must be received within 10 days of your request in order for us to grant your refund.

Refunds may be rendered using either Pioneer Network company check, or a direct credit to your credit card, corresponding to your initial method of payment.  A refund will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned products.

Partial refunds are available for multiple-item orders.

To request a refund, contact us using the information on our online Contact Form.  You may call, write, or fill out the online contact form.  If using our online contact form, you must fill out the form completely, and in the comments section of the contact form, you MUST provide your order number, a list of the items from your order that you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Incomplete refund requests, whether via phone, post, or online form, will NOT be accepted, so please — provide all the information we need to complete your request!
